TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation. Shipping times may vary according to availability and the guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are limited to mainland Italy and subject to possible delays deriving from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 01. Our contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating receipt of your order. This email will only define receipt and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the concluded contract.
02. Prices and availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of placing your order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund on the goods (excluding delivery costs). All prices are VAT included. Shipping costs will also be charged; such additional costs are clearly indicated where applicable and included in the "Total Cost".
03. Payment
We must receive payment in full before items are dispatched.
04. Discount codes
Discount codes may be offered to account holders; such codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account for which the discount code was offered and registered. Promotional Discount Codes - From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may be applied to any, unless otherwise specified, purchases made through this website.
06. Condition of the articles
You accept that the items offered are vintage items and as such have been worn and are not new unless otherwise stated. Most of the pieces purchased here are in excellent condition and still have a long life ahead of them. While we provide you with accurate information about the condition of our dresses, we ask that you remember that these one-of-a-kind garments have stood the test of time, but sometimes they have scars!
07. Canceling or modifying orders
An order can be canceled or modified if the order has not yet been shipped. However, you can still return items within 14 days if you are not happy with them once they arrive.
If you wish to cancel or change your contract with us, please contact our customer service team by email at eshop@pifebo.com quoting your order number and we will be happy to assist you. In this case we will refund the full amount. Please note that you will need to return the entire order at your own cost once received. In any case, the goods must be in their original and unopened packaging. All goods are inspected upon their return.
RETURNS
We really hope you are thrilled with your purchases from Pifebo. If you wish to return any of the products you have purchased from us, there are a few important steps we need to follow. Our full returns policy can be found in our returns section. We comply with all distance selling regulations and our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
Online purchases can be returned to one of our stores up to a maximum of 6 items.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchased online can only be spent on our website. Sales of our gift cards are final and non-refundable. When purchasing gift certificates online, the vouchers will be printable from the confirmation email sent to you or to the person you purchased it for. Gift vouchers are not nominative and have no expiry date. Online eGift Cards are redeemable online but can be exchanged for one for in-store use. We can only make this exchange once. If you paid in part by gift card, the gift card will be credited first, with any remaining balance credited to the other payment method used. Any damage or replacement of the gift certificates must be communicated to Pifebo by the original purchaser of the card.

01. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and secure Pifebo, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, from any third party claims, liabilities, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this website or your violation of the Terms of Service.

Pifebo will have the right, at its absolute discretion, at any time and without notice to modify, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this website.
03. Disability

Voucher codes are redeemable only for online orders placed on pifebo.com
Voucher codes are for online use only.
Voucher codes can only be used once.
Voucher codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for a monetary value. Once redeemed, it cannot be applied to a new order.
If you decide to return an order that was purchased with a discount code applied, the refunded amount will be subject to the expense deducted from the discount code.
If you did not enter the discount code at checkout, we cannot apply it to that order or change your payment once the order has been placed.
The sale prices quoted are applicable to selected lines only. Pifebo reserves the right to withdraw sale prices at any time.
Prices are valid only at the time of sale, if an item reverts to full price at the end of an offer, the sale price becomes invalid and the item reverts to full price.
